In 1923, the Saturday Evening Post declared the whooping crane extinct. This tragic news was not only wrong, it was the first inkling most people had that the magnificent bird was even in trouble. Like the whooping crane, the long-term survival of wild things and places is ever tied to human awareness of the impacts of our actions. What we don’t know, can hurt them.
E-pic creates campaigns designed to disseminate compelling information on important and poorly understood conservation issues and initiatives. We pick issues that are in need of attention, and work to place them before the eyes and ears of those who most need to know--whether it’s the general public over a period of years, or policy makers at a critical moment in time.
e-pic mission
E-pic works to achieve broader understanding of critical environmental issues through the use of multifaceted media campaigns that build environmental awareness, foster ecosystem identity, and provoke action.
